Thriftify provides a listing tool that leverages Large Language Models (LLMs) to instantly assign attributes, titles, descriptions, prices and other information for used fashion, bric-a-brac, and other second-hand items. Thriftify integrates with users' eBay and other e-commerce accounts and automatically uploads items onto their accounts, aiming to increase their listing speed.

Use of Service

1. Eligibility: To use Thriftify, you must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.

2. Account Registration: To access our services, you must create an account and provide accurate and up-to-date information.

3. eBay Integration: Thriftify integrates with your eBay and other e-commerce accounts to automatically upload listings. By using our service, you authorise Thriftify to access and make changes to your eBay and other accounts on your behalf.

4. Thriftify grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sub-licensable license to use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to use the Services for any commercial purposes or to resell or redistribute the Services.

Limitation of Liability

1. Item Submission: You are responsible for submitting accurate information and images of the items you wish to list.

2. Automated Listing Generation: Thriftify uses language models to generate titles, descriptions, attributes, and pricing for your items based on the information you provide.

3. Listing Accuracy: While we strive to provide accurate listings, you are responsible for reviewing and approving the generated content before it is uploaded to your eBay and other accounts. In no event shall, its officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any damages, including but not limited to incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, arising out of or related to the Services.

• Any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in the Services;
• Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your data;
• Any failure to store or transmit data;
• Any loss of data;
• Any interruption or delay in the Services;

• Users of the service will hold all responsibility for adhering to the policies and procedures of their various e-commerce channels, such as eBay and shall not be liable for any listings that breach these platforms terms or rules. Users of the service shall be fully and solely responsible for listing items.

• Thriftify shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our services.

Ownership and Security of Data

You agree that Thriftify may collect, use, and disclose your data as necessary to provide the Services. You acknowledge that may store and process your data in various locations, including but not limited to servers located in the United States, United Kingdom and European Union. You agree that will take reasonable measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure.

Thriftify will provide customer service and support through our contact form You agree to provide with accurate and complete information about your issues or concerns.

Termination Clause

Thriftify reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the service at any time, without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to a violation of these Terms of Service.

Dispute Resolution

The parties shall first attempt to resolve any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement through good-faith negotiations. If the parties are unable to resolve the dispute through negotiations within thirty (30) days, Thriftify reserves the right to decide full and final resolution of any and all disputes.

Governing Law

This Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.

3. User Content: By submitting items and information to, you grant us a non-exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, copy, modify, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of providing our services.

Service Level Agreement (SLA)

Thriftify will strive to maintain an uptime of 99% for the Services but shall not be obliged to do so. Thriftify will strive to give you advanced warning of any down time.

Term of SaaS Contract

This Agreement will commence on the date you register for the Services and will continue until terminated by either party.

Changes to the Terms of Service

Thriftify reserves the right to modify or update these Terms of Service at any time. The latest version of the Terms of Service will be available on our website.
